Five Years[五年]

Ryan took the longest time in his lifetime to complete this artwork, which is 5 years. When he first started to do art, he drew this background of the art work in abstract. However, he was not satisfied with the art piece and hence he put the artwork aside.

After 5 years, after he has created the series of sudden flower, and one day he got the inspiration to add a sunflower on this old painting (which is the abstract background). The add-on of Sunflower has brought an entire new energy, spirit and meaning to the original painting. It signifies that, it takes 5 years for the day when the flower bloom at one special moment. Every beautiful moment in life is always worth the waiting.

这是RYAN生平里创作历时最久的一幅作品。为何称之为5年？缘由是，他于5前前创作了这画的背景，但总觉得，缺少了些什么。于是，将这幅作品搁置在画室的某个角落。5年后，《霎那花》诞生了。RYAN，突然想起5年前创作的这幅抽象作品，根据背景的抽象节奏感，他添加了一朵正在绽放的向日葵。这一笔，完全把赋予了作品真正全新的而灵魂。也寓意着，为了等待开花的美好一瞬间，等了5年。美好的事物，总是值得人们去等待，不是吗？
